smoke smell unstocked minibar

the hotel location was acceptable. it was fairly close to the main attractions.

i encountered several issues. the room smelled strongly of stale smoke upon arrival. i also found hairs in the bathroom, not a pleasant experience. the minibar was not restocked daily, i expected better service.

stained carpets cheap perfume

I found a few things rather disappointing . the hallway carpets had many stains, it looked more like a neglected hotel than a five-star one, that worried me. the hotel used too much of a cheap, sweet perfume throughout the hotel, and it was noticeable from the street. The smell made my stay uncomfortable

The breakfast buffet provided a healthy and delicious selection of options. I found the hotel's location convenient, close to various shops, restaurants, and key historical sites. Staff assistance greatly enhanced my visit. They offered insightful recommendations and were prompt with their service. I particularly appreciated the upgrade to a spacious suite.

The air conditioning unit in my room made a somewhat noticeable noise.
